Location: Exeter, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5pm
Role Summary
Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for exceptional customer service and an interest in the automotive aftermarket industry? Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a New Accounts Representative to join our dynamic team in Exeter, PA .
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers - guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to activation. You’ll partner closely with our Sales team to deliver efficient, accurate, and friendly service that sets the tone for long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Guide new customers through the onboarding and account setup process, ensuring a seamless and positive first experience
- Manage and process customer applications accurately in accordance with company policies and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support new account activation and long-term relationship growth
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM and internal systems, ensuring all documentation and correspondence are complete and current
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to team success by meeting productivity, quality, and service goals
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with company products, promotions, and systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Administrative roles (automotive industry experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working within CRM systems
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
