Job Title

At PBZ Mfg, we are a job-shop metal manufacturing company with numerous operations that provide our employees with engaging year-round work. Our primary business is to serve others by manufacturing products to exceed the customer's expectations for quality and on-time delivery. This role is primarily focused on welding craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Welding steel and aluminum parts
• Secondary functions can include operating saws, press brakes, and other related manufacturing equipment
• Interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders
• Continue learning and applying the concepts and skills of metalworking, be curious
• Jobs and projects are completed within time and quality requirements
• Ability to continuously focus on details

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm

Requirements:

• Understanding of blueprints
• Comply with all safety standards and wear the required PPE at all times
• Fabrication experience
• Proficient in mild steel MIG welding
• Able to read and use a standard US tape measure
• At least 18 years of age

Preferred Education and Experience:

• TIG welding experience (aluminum and stainless)
• Welding certifications
• Manufacturing experience
