Senior Bookkeeper – $75K–$85K | Philadelphia, PA (19128) | Direct Hire
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional ready to take the lead?
We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to run the daily transactional accounting operations and manage client relationships for a growing organization in Philadelphia.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a small accounting team, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and build strong client partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
Lead AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Manage and support a team handling day-to-day accounting tasks
Oversee invoicing, collections, and client account management
Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and financial reporting
Provide excellent client service while streamlining processes
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (supervisory preferred)
Strong skills in QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar software
Experience with AR collections and client relationship management
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred
Detail-focused leader with strong communication skills
