The full-time Concessions Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and assisting the chef with executing events throughout the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. They are also responsible for the oversight of complex cooks to make sure standards of food preparation and cleanliness are met.

Essential Job Functions
- Open and set up the kitchen for the shift's start
- Assist in preparing food for the specific program, sport, or showcase
- Interview and train new kitchen employees
- Assist with new department projects including the implementation of new services as they arise
- Assist in the scheduling of kitchen employees
- Communicate any dietary needs required to the kitchen staff about a certain group or event
- Asist in tracking of employee attendance and completing performance documentation
- Read and communicate BEOs to the kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen is clean and closed properly at the end of the operating day
- Facilitate preparation of the food and beverage operation
- Keep all events on schedule to serve food at designated event times
- Assist the chef with ensuring that the proper amount of food is prepared
- Assist the chef with training the cooks and keeping food preparation aligned with standards
- Assist with event requirements as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least 2-3 years of experience in back of the house/kitchen role with direct supervision of employees
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication?
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes alternating opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States

Working Conditions
- Work environment: Upbeat, high-energy sports and event complex with heavy foot traffic and frequent large crowds. The team member is occasionally required to work outside where he or she will be subject to environmental conditions, or in a kitchen environment with fluctuating temperatures that can become hot, humid and/or wet.
- Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Lifting requirements: The team member will be required to lift, push, pull, lower and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Noise Level: The noise level in this environment is typically variable.
