Barista
The Ground is hiring experienced baristas for evening and closing shifts.
Our evenings are fast-paced and high-volume. This role is best suited for someone who can stay calm and efficient through a rush and maintain attention to detail through closing.
Responsibilities include:
• Beverage preparation and customer service
• Working across multiple stations during peak hours
• Closing duties (cleaning, restocking, setting up for open)
We’re looking for candidates who:
• Have prior café or restaurant experience
• Are reliable and consistent with attendance
• Stay calm and focused under pressure
• Take pride in clean, organized workspaces
• Are friendly and comfortable in a customer-facing role
Weekend and evening availability required.
