Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in every customer interaction, assisting with both customer service and technical inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for every customer. What We Are Looking For

• Must legally be able to work in the US
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Must pass a background check

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide effective technical support
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
• Strong problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability
• Document interactions and escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences
• Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products
