Position Overview:

As the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) , you’ll oversee all aspects of the therapy department within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) , balancing clinical excellence with operational leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician ready to take the next step into leadership — or a seasoned DOR looking for a refreshing, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and mentor the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, and assistants).
• Oversee daily therapy operations, scheduling, and caseload management.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of therapy staff.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, and program performance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for best practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Active or license-eligible in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (DOR, Lead Therapist, or equivalent).
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required.
• New or first-time DORs welcome — mentorship and leadership support provided.
