OVERNIGHT SHIFT 12pm - 8:30am (1/2 hour break) 100% onsite.

We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative team member to support linehaul transportation operations in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position focuses on documentation control, invoice and audit support, reporting, and day-to-day coordination across transportation-related activities. The role requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You will work with internal teams, web-based systems, and reporting tools to help keep operational processes organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain transportation and operational records, ensuring documents are complete, organized, and easy to retrieve for routine business needs.

• Review invoices and supporting information for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up to resolve billing or processing issues.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies to support visibility into operational performance.

• Monitor activities through internal tracking tools and web-based applications to help identify exceptions, delays, or compliance concerns.

• Provide administrative support for linehaul operations, including scheduling coordination, communications, and general office tasks.

• Assist with audit-related activities by gathering records, validating data, and helping ensure processes align with internal and external requirements.

• Partner with transportation teams, government program contacts, and other stakeholders to support timely renewals, documentation updates, and issue resolution.

• Use Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications to manage correspondence, share updates, and maintain effective communication across teams.

• Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or transportation-related office functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to review documentation, analyze data, and maintain accurate records with close attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, audit support, and compliance-focused administrative work.
• Effective written communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort using monitoring tools, reporting platforms such as Power BI, and web-based business applications.
