Position: Service Manger

Location: York, PA

Job Summary:

• We are a well-established design/build industrial refrigeration contractor actively searching for Service Manager to add to our team.

Primary responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with customer
• Supervision and dispatch of Field Service Technicians
• Coordination of material, parts, and information to field
• Manage service contracts and agreements
• Provide customer with reports and quotes as needed
• Provide technical support to Technicians and customers
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Great customer services skills
• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and components.
• Ability to multi-task in face pace environments
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record
• Work well with others
• Physically able to lift objects up to fifty pounds
• Some weekend and holiday work will be required
