Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join our team. As a Lead Painter, you will oversee and potentially manage a team of painters while ensuring that all painting projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in painting both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of painters in both interior and exterior painting projects.
• Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply finishes as needed.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Inspect work sites to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain and organize painting equipment and materials.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years Proven experience as a residential painter
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
