Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial/Industrial Plumber position include:- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing, including underground rough-in and above-ground piping- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform accurate material takeoffs- Experience leading and managing a small plumbing crew- Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver’s license and able to pass background, driving, and drug screening checks- Installation of plumbing systems on industrial and government projects (no residential work)- Dispatched from home, with occasional trips to the office to pick up parts- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure successful project execution- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work and overtime as neededSalary: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
