Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or late shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM to complete cases
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Perform EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in 2 EP labs
• Primary EP scrub, implants and ablations
• Experience required in hemodynamic monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and laser assisted procedures
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrubs are provided
• Potential floating to Cedar Crest location as needed
• Weekend requirement to cover call vacancy if needed
• 50 hours of orientation provided
• Work with adult patients only
• EP procedures include ablations, device implants, lead extractions, loop placement and removal
• Cath lab procedures may include left/right heart catheterizations, PCI, and various interventional procedures
• Work with specialized equipment including Phillips Intrasight, Boston Scientific devices, and various ultrasound systems
• Pass/Fail exam required for clinical candidates with only 3 attempts allowed
