Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Office Coordinator to join our client to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination across the office. This role plays a key part in keeping HR processes organized, accessible, and responsive for employees and leadership. The HR Office Coordinator serves as a central point of contact, balancing people facing support with behind the scenes administrative work. This position is based onsite in Philadelphia, PA and is offered as a temporary opportunity with potential for conversion.
Compensation:
$21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the HR Office Coordinator:
• Provide day to day administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team and leadership, ensuring timely handling of documentation and requests
• Coordinate office communications by managing phones, calendars, meetings, and general correspondence
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems, including personnel and compliance records
• Assist with HR programs such as onboarding activities, employee events, recognition efforts, and internal announcements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications, including updates shared through company platforms
Qualifications and Skills for the HR Office Coordinator:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within Human Resources or a professional office environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with employees, leadership, and external contacts
• Proficiency with standard office software and comfort working with electronic document systems
• A service oriented mindset with the discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information
