Registered Nurses provide comprehensive, goal-oriented nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. This role blends medical-surgical and rehabilitative nursing, focusing on helping patients regain function and independence in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse rehab patients
• Monitor patient status and administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care plans
• Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge needs
• Support patient progress toward functional independence and rehab goals

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Experience in med-surg, rehab, or acute care preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
