DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an Overnight Part-Time Associate, you'll be the face of our store - engaging with customers, assisting with sales, and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Unload shipments, stock shelves, and set up product displays.

Receive, assemble, and pack wholesale customer orders, loading them into vehicles.
-
Safely lift products - occasionally overhead or from a squatting position from the floor - weighing 30 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds, ensuring both personal safety and product protection.

Stand for extended periods of time.
-
Keep the store clean and organized.
-
Utilize scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

Follow all legal guidelines to ensure alcohol is sold only to customers who are legally permitted to buy it.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

This store is accessible via public transportation, Route L (Market-Frankford Line), offering FREE parking availability for staff, and is located near a variety of food and restaurant options.

This position is for an overnight associate, working while the store is closed for business, helping to stock during the overnight hours.
-
Permanent, part-time employment.
-
Preferred availability: 32 hours per week. Flexible shifts are available, typically ranging from 4 - 6.5 hours per shift.

Schedule details may change due to the operational needs of the store; applicants may be required to work schedules not outlined below.

Work schedules will be assigned between the following hours/days:
-
Monday - Sunday, 10:00pm - 6:00am
-
Work hours:Work hours will vary. A minimum of 13 hours per week will be required with the ability to work more hours per week, depending on availability. Applicants interested in working additional shifts/hours above the minimum can discuss their availability with the General Manager. There is the opportunity to work up to 32 hours per week.

Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Store Location:You will be headquartered in the store listed at the top of this posting. You may be assigned to work in other stores within the county or district based on operational needs. Salary:The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.

An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
