As a Construction/Site Supervisor , you’ll lead skilled tradespeople through restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and empower a field team on restoration/reconstruction jobs from kickoff to closeout.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and property owners.
• Own project scope, budget, and schedule —from change orders to final walkthroughs.
• Foster outstanding customer experiences through clear communication and professionalism.
• Monitor quality, ensure compliance, and lead with safety-first mindset on every site.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of hands-on construction experience , preferably in restoration or remodeling.
• Proven leadership experience supervising field crews and subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of project workflows including change management, budgets, and scheduling.
• Strong communicator with the ability to represent BFW with integrity to clients and partners.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to build people as well as structures.
