Independent Contractor Opportunity – Serving HOAs in Butler & Allegheny Counties

Custom Community Management (CCM) is seeking to establish partnerships with two insured Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractors to provide ongoing handyman and repair services across the homeowners associations we manage.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position with CCM. All work will be bid and completed on a per-project basis.

Scope of Work

Projects will vary by community and may include:

• Exterior repairs for single-family homes, patios, and townhomes (majority of work is exterior-focused)
• Clubhouse and pool house maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry, siding, minor roofing, and light plumbing
• Small-scale grading or site-related work

Contractor Requirements

• Licensed and insured to operate in Pennsylvania
• Experience in residential construction or handyman services
• Reliable, professional, and responsive
• Ability to travel throughout Butler County and occasionally Allegheny County
• Comfortable providing written estimates and communicating with HOA Boards when needed

How the Partnership Works

• This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship, not employment
• Contractors will be invited to bid on projects within communities
• All work must be approved by the HOA Board prior to scheduling
• CCM facilitates communication and processes payment on behalf of the Association upon completion
• Work volume may range from occasional projects to consistent ongoing work, depending on availability and community needs
