• Shifts: Nights 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Employment Type: Local, on-site hospital RN (medical-surgical nursing job)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $81.84
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1980 - $2080

Qualifications & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience in an acute care setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Strong clinical assessment, telemetry monitoring, and communication skills
• Ability to work the required every-other-weekend and holiday schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm observations
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for patients and staff
