Indirect Procurement Manager

The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and services that are not directly incorporated into a company's product but are essential for supporting business operations. You will work closely with various departments and operating companies to strategically source and manage suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Your role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement of best practices. What you will do:- Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
