As an Enhanced Support Partner you will be providing direct support in partnership with people with disabilities, on a one-to-one basis, in their own homes and communities. Services include direct support in the form of community involvement and/or accommodation with all activities of daily living including personal care, communication, transportation and inclusive social and recreational activities. This is a full-time position to assist a man in his early 30s to live a self-determined life. He is seeking staff who enjoy being out and about in the community, helping him participate in activities, including enjoying pool time. He wants to partner with people who are willing to be an ally for him and his family. Most importantly, people who believe in full-civil rights for all people. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES ·Assistance with participating in all aspects of his community ·Assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) ·Lifting ·Feeding and administering medication using a G-Tube ·Assisting individual to travel in the community ·Assisting with feeding ·Assistance with physical activity in swimming pool (waist high water) SCHEDULE Monday - Friday: 7AM - 3PM Saturday: 2PM - 9PM Values Into Action is an equal opportunity employer.
