Provide hands-on guidance and professional development to our team of agents to ensure long-term success.

Develop and execute strategic outreach programs to increase our visibility in the Altoona area.

Identify gaps in coverage for existing clients and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Manage agency performance metrics and maintain compliance with state regulations.

Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels empowered to do their best work.

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Proven track record of success in insurance sales or high-level account management.

Deep understanding of the local Altoona market and regional insurance trends.

Strong ability to coach, mentor, and inspire other agents to achieve their full potential.

Effective public speaking and networking abilities for community building.

Proficiency with standard insurance agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
