A busy and growing collection agency in Philadelphia is seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous manner
• Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, emailing, and data entry
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
• Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Handle confidential information professionally

Requirements :

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email systems
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Schedule:

• Part-Time Hours (Monday to Friday; 12pm-5pm)
• Potential for Full-Time based on performance and business needs
