Marketing Specialist (Editorial)
Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their editorial team. This position will be responsible for supporting editorial operations, creative services in support of programming stunts, and quality assurance of editorial promotions and initiatives across the platform.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with editorial on all stunts and programming to understand each initiative and ensure tickets are assigned and progressed appropriately.
- Effectively and clearly communicate open projects and tickets internally within the editorial and content operations departments.
- Help prioritize work understanding inbound requests and upcoming deadlines across the department.
- Conduct daily QA across all editorial placements to ensure all creatives, accompanying details and deeplinks are running as expected and report on findings to ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain internal tracking documents via consistent administrative support.
- Execute ad-hoc editorial operations requests from internal and external partners.
- Follow directions to a tee to maintain the team's standard operating procedures.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance; ability to work variable schedules as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience organizing workloads in JIRA.
- Proven experience in scheduling and operations.
- Demonstrated strong time-management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships.
- Ability to meet deadlines and timeline expectations.
- Proven strong written and oral communication skills.
