We’re currently seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Welder to join our team in Bradford, PA. This is a hands-on role where precision, pride in your work, and a commitment to quality make all the difference. Using TIG (GTAW) welding and metal forming techniques, you’ll help fabricate stainless steel equipment used in high-performance industries like pharmaceuticals and biotech.

Who Are You?

• Skilled in TIG (GTAW) welding
• Able to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Known for precision, consistency, and a commitment to safety
• Comfortable working in a production environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable and ready to contribute to a team effort

What Will You Do?

• Weld & Fabricate stainless steel components to spec using TIG welding techniques
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Measure and inspect work using gauges, calipers, and digital tools
• Operate tools like grinders, saws, presses, forklifts, and cranes
• Follow quality and safety standards while keeping your workspace clean and organized

Qualifications

• Post-secondary certificate in welding or equivalent on-the-job experience
• Ability to read and write in English and follow written work instructions
• Comfortable working in a dusty/dirty environment with extended periods of standing or movement
• Available to work 2ndshift (3:30 PM-2:00 AM) with overtime as needed
