Position Summary

We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Installer with a minimum of 4 years of field experience. The successful candidate will lead the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring top-tier quality and compliance with all applicable standards and specifications. This role requires technical skill, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and associated systems (furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, etc.) according to design plans and manufacturer instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and job layouts
• Fabricate and install refrigerant and drainage lines, including copper brazing and flaring
• Perform startup, commissioning, and system testing post-installation
• Ensure compliance with safety and code requirements on every job site
• Document work performed through digital tools and submit accurate job completion reports
• Provide a clean and professional appearance and maintain respectful customer communication
• Operate a company vehicle responsibly and keep tools and equipment in working order
• Collaborate with team members and train apprentices when appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years verifiable HVAC installation experience (residential/light commercial)
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly Trane and Mitsubishi equipment
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, brazing and soldering copper, and safe refrigerant handling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and job specifications
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (Required)
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (Required)
• Technical school training or HVAC certification (Preferred but not required)
• Maryland Journeyman License (Preferred)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts
