Title: Executive Director (Nursing Home Administrator)
Status: Full Time
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with On-call
Location: Greensburg

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As an Executive Director , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Effective leadership that includes supporting core values, addressing zero tolerance behaviors and maintaining active communication with employees supervised.
- Develops and maintains all facility policies and procedures in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the following agencies: Department of Health, Department of Public Welfare, Labor and Industry's Life Safety, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, state and local fire officials, and the Department of Environmental Protection and others as required.
- Directs the services outlined in the residency agreement efficiently and within the Continuous Quality Improvement process.
- Prepares for all licensure surveys. Maintains updated regulations.
- Develops, administers and monitors budgets and budget controls.
- Development and implementation of staff education plan.
- Oversees and participates in the new employee orientation program.
- Investigates and resolves complaints from staff, residents, and visitors. Keeps supervisor informed of issues.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in health administration, public policy, nursing, or business administration from a four-year college or university.
- At least three years of related experience and/or training as a Personal Care Home Administrator or Nursing Home Administrator; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A Pennsylvania Personal Care Administrator's or Nursing Home Administrator License.
- A Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania. (Preferred)
