Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Chesterbrook, PA. Start May 25, 2026 for a 12-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,103–$1,160 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. - Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plans; document administration and response.
- Monitor vital signs, observe changes, and report promptly to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks; support mobility and comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement care plans and address resident needs.
- Ensure resident safety, infection control, and accurate charting of care provided. Requirements
- Active LPN license (state-specific for the assignment)
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to work evenings and participate in a travel assignment
