Commercial Operations Support Specialist

Job Description

One of Insight Global's large Medical Device clients is looking for a Commercial Operations Support Specialist to join their team. This is a 12-month contract, hybrid in West Chester, PA 3 days a week onsite. This consultant will be joining a team that is supporting a billing automation project. This group will support 6 projects this fiscal year. The goal is to make the pilot billing automation project repeatable to all health system customers they support. This specialist will review issue queues and broken orders, track issues in spreadsheets and dashboards, reading APIs to navigation different systems to triage issues, identify patterns like recurring system failures, and support new system launches and post-launch cleanup. This candidate needs to be technically fluent in Excel, Tableau or Power BI and ERP systems.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of financial and technology experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Experience managing, analyzing, and synthesizing operational data in Tableau or Power BI

• Experience with ERP Systems

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's degree - Experience working with order-to-cash workflows
