Now Hiring: Fleet Router
zTrip — North America’s Largest Taxi Transportation Provider
zTrip is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Router to support daily operations and help ensure efficient, on-time service across our transportation network. In this role, you will coordinate driver assignments, monitor trips in real time, and serve as a key connection between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively under pressure, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do as a Fleet Router- Assign drivers based on trip demand, availability, and scheduling priorities
- Monitor active trips and respond quickly to delays, reroutes, and service issues
- Provide clear routing instructions and real-time updates to drivers
- Communicate with customers regarding trip status, questions, and service concerns
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip logs, and operational documentation
- Work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency and service quality
- Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatching or routing systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
