Home Care HR Recruiter

Eminence Home Care is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Home Care HR Recruiter to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates who are committed to providing exceptional home care services. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract the best talent to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach to build a strong pipeline of applicants.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and optimize the selection process.
• Conduct background checks and reference verification to ensure a reliable hire.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Stay current with recruiting trends in the healthcare industry to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong assessment skills to gauge candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices.
