Job Description

This position is responsible for keeping the facility in a clean and sanitary condition by following established policies and procedures. The role involves performing various janitorial and environmental services necessary for maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility according to established standards.
• Perform general maintenance and custodial duties.
• Ensure floors are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with facility occupants.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis.
• Previous cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
• Engaging personality and ability to work well around others.
• Open to candidates with minimal experience in janitorial roles.

Work Environment

This part-time position operates during the 1st shift, from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 25 hours per week. The role is based in a corporate environment at a state-of-the-art facility in Malvern, the global headquarters for a renowned building materials company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
