CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist ($21+ depending on experience)

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist on a 1st Shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are seeking experienced professionals who are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Machining Centers, including lathes or mills (both horizontal and vertical).
• Manufacture parts to meet production and quality requirements.
• Read and modify programs by making necessary offsets for CNC machines.
• Work from drawings and written instructions to create replacement and/or new parts.
• Conform with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of CNC machine experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating and setting up multi-axis mills or turning centers with live tooling.
• Ability to read blueprints, micrometers, veneers, and gauging.
• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code commands.
• Problem-solving skills related to CNC programming.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with manual mills and lathes.
• Capability to improvise production aides as necessary.
• Experience in suggesting design changes for productivity and manufacturing process improvements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
