Okie Dokie Donuts is seeking a full-time Front of House Operations Manager to lead daily service operations, support staff development, and help maintain an exceptional guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The FOH Operations Manager works alongside the team during service while helping maintain standards, manage staffing, and ensure smooth daily operations.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth operation, supporting their team, and creating a great guest experience. Candidates who enjoy improving systems and contributing ideas will find opportunities to do so, but the primary focus of this role is leading daily front-of-house operations.
Compensation- $20.00/hour base pay
- Guaranteed minimum $5.00/hour additional tip income
- Typical total compensation exceeds $25.00/hour
- Full-time position
- Lead daily front-of-house operations
- Support service during peak periods
- Maintain hospitality, speed, and accuracy standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Set the tone for a positive guest experience
- Train and support front-of-house staff
- Assist with onboarding and development of new employees
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Help foster a positive, accountable team culture
- Manage front-of-house inventory and ordering
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Support labor management and daily operational planning
- Maintain organization and consistency across shifts
- Work closely with ownership and back-of-house leadership
- Communicate production needs and guest feedback
- Support special events, promotions, and new initiatives
After six months, successful candidates will:
- Lead service confidently during busy periods
- Maintain strong hospitality and operational standards
- Create effective staff schedules
- Help train and develop team members
- Be trusted to run daily front-of-house operations independently
- 2+ years of restaurant, bakery, café, or hospitality management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with scheduling and inventory management
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to hospitality and team development
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
