Cohen Vaughan seeks a talented Information Technology & Training Supervisor with at least one to two years of IT and training experience to join its Philadelphia office. We are seeking applicants who have excellent leadership and communication skills in an active, rapid-paced environment. The Firm seeks a bright, hard working person with good judgment, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. The salary is competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct software training for all new employees on iManage, ProLaw (timekeeping and billing) and other Firm software, VPN access, and computer best practices.
- Provide technical support to all staff, escalating complex issues to external IT partners when necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR department to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring IT equipment is ordered, configured, and ready prior to new hire start dates.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for key administrative tasks, and train staff accordingly.
- Manage the import and export of documents within the document management system for file transfers.
- Set up workstations and office equipment for new hires at the Philadelphia office ahead of their start date.
- Research and implement new software for the Firm.
- Support and execute additional projects and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years with Information Technology & Training staff experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a Law Office setting is preferred. Proficiency in information management systems such as Prolaw, iManage and LexisNexis is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
