Church Office Manager
West Shore Baptist Church is seeking a part-time (20-28 hours, TBD upon hire) office manager to join our ministry team. Qualified applicants possess strong administrative skills, work well on a team, and enjoy dealing with details. A full job description may be found at
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support as necessary to pastors, staff, and volunteers.
- Prepare and distribute ongoing and occasional communication (bulletins, newsletters, etc).
- Accurately prepare all slides for weekly & special worship services in ProPresenter.
- Maintain and update online database with both guest & member information.
- Serve as host to incoming visitors.
- Attend to office & building/grounds needs as appropriate.
WSBC is a smaller congregation in Camp Hill, PA, averaging 100 in worship on Sundays. We are an American Baptist church with a long history in our town.
