At Viva Senior Living, our Memory Care community isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to thrive . We’re searching for a Life Enrichment Director who can bring our community to life by creating meaningful moments, purposeful engagement, and a true sense of home for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, vibrant, home-like atmosphere where residents feel engaged, valued, and joyful.
• Design, implement, and lead engaging life-enrichment activities tailored for individuals, small groups, and large group settings, ensuring programs meet all residents' needs.
• Coordinate monthly birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and seasonal events.
• Organize trips and outings that safely bring the outside world to our residents.
• Support Activities Department staff by providing supervision, training, and performance oversight and effectively partner with other department teams to achieve community-wide goals.
• Arrange visits from clergy and spiritual leaders to support residents’ spiritual wellbeing.
• Collaborate in the development and ongoing evaluation of individualized care plans, contributing activity-based interventions that support resident interests, strengths, and behaviors while promoting dignity and quality of life.
• Create and moderate a Resident Council, giving residents a voice in their home.
• Create monthly activity calendars, flyers, newsletters.
• Understand and manage the activities department budget.
• Stay innovative, flexible, and inspired—even when plans change.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the community and Executive Director.
