Job Title: Part-Time Campground Housekeeper

Location: Pioneer Lakes RV Park, Somerset PA

Position Type: Part-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Housekeeper to join our campground team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the campground facilities, including cabins, restrooms, and common areas. This is an essential role in ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, cabins, showers, and other facilities throughout the campground.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas of the campgrounds common spaces.
• Ensure that cabins are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling from all areas and dispose of it properly.
• Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the campground manager.
• Assist with laundry tasks, including washing and folding mops and towels.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards guests and staff.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and campground policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to different weather elements.
