Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg is looking for a part-time cashier-receptionist with a positive attitude and excellent customer service experience. The candidate we are looking for must have the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and have receptionist and or cash handling experience. This is a part-time position that you will work 20 to 25 hours per week. You must be available to work days, evenings, every third Saturday and holidays. Any other hours as needed. A flexible schedule would be a plus.

Daily Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Promptly answer incoming calls in a professional manner and directing them to the proper person in a timely manner.
• Receiving customer payments for vehicle sales, repairs or parts orders.
• Accurately filing and scanning dealership paperwork.
• Inputting new GM vehicles and customer information into the Automate System.
