As a Business Experience & Planning Group Manager within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA at the Tower at PNC Plaza.

Job Description
Oversees cross-functional teams to improve line of business planning methods. Defines key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus, appropriate risk management practices and leadership standards to customers and/or internal partners.
Responsible for the evaluation and transformation of business models for the line of business to improve their organizational effectiveness, expand business, and increase profits
Leads team in execution of strategic plan and/or specific initiatives to achieve line of business goals.
Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
Leads a team or multiple teams that develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
