CNC Machinist

Detailed Job Overview:

Precision Production: Operate and support CNC machines (Mazak Lathes/5-Axis or Star Swiss) to produce high-precision components.

Quality Control: Inspect parts to extremely tight tolerances using precision measuring equipment and follow established programs to the letter.

Multi-Machine Management: Efficiently operate multiple machines at once, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal downtime.

Collaborative Environment: Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting to keep the production floor moving.

responsibilities:
1-3 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment.

Ability to read complex blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.

Experience with Mazak (Integrex) or Star Swiss platforms is a major plus.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts (Work 36, Paid 40) available.
