CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification (required).
* Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferably in a middle school setting.
* Strong knowledge of IEP development, behavior management strategies, and Special Education compliance.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Deliver daily instruction tailored to middle school students (Grades 6-8) with autism in a small classroom setting (up to 8 students).
* Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with IEP goals.
* Supervise and provide guidance to the Teacher Assistant to support student learning and behavior.
* Manage and maintain all Special Education documentation, including IEPs, progress monitoring, and compliance.
* Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress, needs, and updates.
