From the moment the first line spins up, you’re the craftsperson who keeps our operation steady, safe, and efficient. Your morning might begin with preventive checks on a conveyor train, logging results and swapping a worn belt before it causes a hiccup. By midday, you’re tracing a stubborn hydraulic leak, reading schematics to pinpoint the culprit and getting the line back on schedule. In the afternoon, you could be aligning a motor-pump set, collaborating with production to time the repair window, and closing the loop with precise records of parts used and work performed. When the day winds down, you make sure safety remains locked in—literally—with strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout.

What you’ll handle

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on plant machinery, support equipment, and building systems.
• Identify and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic (compressed air), and hydraulic (fluid power) systems to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Install, align, adjust, and service components including bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor assemblies.
• Use blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders to guide quality repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately; track spare parts and maintain an orderly inventory.
• Partner closely with production teams to tackle equipment concerns and schedule work that limits operational impact.
• Champion safety best practices—especially Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)—and help reinforce a zero-incident culture.
• Support facility upkeep as needed, including HVAC systems, basic plumbing work, and general building repairs.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade schooling is preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Broad knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient, safe use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
• Basic welding/fabrication capabilities are a plus.
• Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
