Gohighlevel Automations Expert (Remote Postion)

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a highly technical and logic-driven **GoHighLevel Automations Expert** to join our team. In this role, you will be the architect behind our CRM strategy, building complex workflows, managing snapshots, and ensuring our sales and marketing engines run without a hitch.

**Important Note:** While this is a fully remote position, **we are strictly accepting applications from candidates currently residing in Europe** to align with our team's timezone and operational requirements. Applications from outside Europe will not be considered.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Workflow Architecture:** Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows within GoHighLevel (triggers, campaigns, pipelines, and opportunities).
* **Snapshot Management:** Create and update GHL Snapshots for new client onboarding or internal business scaling.
* **Integrations:** Connect GHL with external tools using native integrations, Webhooks, **Zapier**, or **Make (formerly Integromat)**.
* **Funnel & Website Building:** Assist in the technical setup of landing pages, forms, surveys, and calendars to ensure data flows correctly into the CRM.
* **Troubleshooting:** Act as the primary point of contact for debugging automation errors, email deliverability issues (Mailgun/LC Phone), and SMS compliance (A2P 10DLC).
* **CRM Optimization:** Regularly audit the system to ensure database hygiene (tagging, segmentation, and smart lists).
* **Reporting:** Set up dashboards to track lead attribution, appointment rates, and conversion metrics.

### **Requirements**

* **Location:** Must be a resident of a European country (Timezone compatibility: CET/GMT +/- 2 hours).
* **Experience:** 2+ years of proven experience specifically working inside **GoHighLevel (HighLevel)**.
* **Technical Stack:** Deep understanding of Zapier/Make, HTML/CSS (basic), and API Webhooks.
* **Logic-Driven:** Ability to map out "If/Then" logic paths for complex customer journeys before building them.
* **Language:** Native or C2-level proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
* **Attention to Detail:** You test your automations multiple times before pushing them live.

### **Nice to Have**

* Experience with Twilio and Mailgun configurations.
* Knowledge of SAAS Configurator within HighLevel.
* Experience writing custom JavaScript for funnels.
* Previous agency experience.
