Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or (G.E.D) with a willingness to train and advance career
CDA or Associates or BA Degree in Early Childhood Education ( special needs awareness - a definite PLUS!) Documented 2 Years previous experience with children Applicant must be at leat 18 years of age and requireed to complete acceptable state and federal clearances with a bi-annual health assessmentResponsibilties include:
Establish and maintain safe and healthy environment
Plan, implement and participate in a daily program top advance physical; intellectual; social/emotional development and guidance.
Teacher Co-Lead:

Plans lessons collaboratively

Shares classroom duties

Leads instruction (whole group and small group)

Communicates with families

Participates in assessments and progress monitoring

Shares responsibility for child learning outcomes
Able to read English and maintain a commitment to professoinalism and training
