Patient Access Shift Lead Associate - Revenue Cycle Patient Access

Kieffer at [email protected] SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Senior Registration Associate provides line-level technical expertise to support all functions performed by the Hospital-Based Patient Access positions performed in the hospital settings. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback for quality and productivity to all Registration Associates. The incumbent is responsible for the investigation and resolution of the most complex tasks performed by the team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):- High school degree or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience with at least 6 months from a registration based role.
- Hospital-Based Work Experience
- Medical Terminology Proficiency
