The right person is more than an HR administrator. You are someone who can recruit a great candidate in the morning, coach a manager through an employee issue in the afternoon, and recognize that the answer to an HR question may be different in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or another state.
You are proactive, approachable, organized, and comfortable balancing the needs of employees with the operational needs of the organization.
Most importantly, you understand that strong organizations are built by hiring great people, supporting them well, and creating systems that allow them to succeed. About Kaleidoscope Family Solutions
Kaleidoscope Family Solutions provides community-based services and supports designed to help individuals live meaningful, independent lives within their homes and communities. Our programs operate across multiple states and communities, requiring an HR team that understands both the importance of people and the complexity of operating in regulated human-services environments.
We are looking for an HR professional who wants to help us continue building the people, culture, and infrastructure necessary for our next stage of growth.
