Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Includes every other weekend and holidays as needed)

Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and comfortable working variable shifts while maintaining strong clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while ensuring comfort and safety
• Accurately document patient information using an electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Pennsylvania Department of Aging Fingerprint Clearance Letter (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a nursing home setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts (day, evening, and night)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems (e.g., Matrix or similar EMR platforms)
