Project Manager

All Pro, LLC is a commercial mechanical contractor dedicated to installing quality mechanical systems throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Our mission is to provide high quality at a great price and be a best-in-class destination employer of the highest-skilled tradespeople. We specialize in commercial kitchen hood systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Project Manager position. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly motivated to advance their career and have excelled in their current roles, including those who may be next in line at their current employer and ready to step into a management role. This role is pivotal in managing our employees, vendors and customers. As the Project Manager, you will oversee construction operations and manage our employees and customer relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing materials and equipment purchasing and the team that handles logistics and timing. Ensuring project profitability, anticipating potential schedule conflicts and project disruptions with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment purchasing needs and coordinate with the team that handles logistics and purchasing.
• Drive preconstruction process and ensure compliance of our installation.
• Ensure project profitability and promote our company culture.
• Anticipate and head-off potential schedule conflicts and project disruptions with the project team.
• Maintain tight interaction with the accounting department to ensure timely billing.
• Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of daily time submission for field employees at the end of their shift.
• Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial or industrial construction experience working for a contractor in the mechanical industry.
• A strong desire to grow your career and the ability to learn quickly.
• A willingness to increase your computer skills and learn new programs.
• The ability to lead teams by showing positive example and willingness to help others achieve their goals by teaching anywhere possible.
• Must show proof of US Citizenship
• Must hold a valid drivers license
