Requirements
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions weekly.
- Maintain and organize clinical documentation accurately and timely.
- Coordinate care with treatment team members effectively.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families regarding appointments.
- Attend scheduled supervision and training sessions.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed by deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum Master's Degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children in a mental health setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients in various settings.
- Capability to perform de-escalation techniques safely.
- Physical ability to walk up and down steps and lift 20 lbs.
