Brighter Therapy is an outpatient therapy clinic specializing in the treatment and management of lymphedema and chronic swelling. We are dedicated to helping individuals with conditions that cause fluid build-up regain comfort, mobility, and independence—ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with formal training in lymphatic drainage massage to join our team on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with swelling, discomfort, and mobility limitations.

Your Impact

In this role, you will directly help patients manage conditions that cause fluid accumulation, such as post-surgical swelling, cancer-related lymphedema, and chronic venous insufficiency. Your work will focus on:

• Using lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce swelling and promote fluid movement
• Helping patients feel more comfortable in their bodies and improve daily function
• Supporting mobility, allowing patients to walk, move, and participate in daily activities more easily
• Assisting in softening tight or fibrotic tissue to improve overall tissue health
• Contributing to improved confidence and quality of life for each patient

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Formal training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) required
• Experience with medical or post-surgical populations preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work in both clinic

Schedule & Compensation

• PRN / Per Diem – flexible scheduling
• Competitive compensation based on experience
